Nestled in the woods in beautiful Durbuy, this is a 5-bedroom holiday home that makes awesome stay for a family with children or a group of 9 members. The holiday home has a lovely green garden, with a cozy barbecue to enjoy summer evenings.



Durbuy is located on the banks of the Ourthe and at the feet of the Ardennes with good food, cozy terraces, and shops. Active holidaymakers can go walking, kayaking, mountain biking, or horseback riding here. The castle farm of Grandhan, which belongs to the 15th century, the Roman churches of Tohogne, and Bomal where the Aisne and the Ourthe flow together are some places worth a visit.



The holiday home has central heating and a wood stove in the dining room. You can relax and linger on the terrace with a refreshing cool drink and barbecue. There are a tumble dryer and a washing machine for help. Children can play table football while at home. You can bring a pet for an additional fee. Parking is available.

Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
