Looking for a holiday home to get together with family and friends? This holiday home, not far from the center of La Roche, is the ideal place! This holiday home has a garden with garden furniture, a barbecue and various play equipment.

The La Roche sports center is located next to the house. There you can enjoy the indoor swimming pool, tennis court or gym (for a fee). The river Ourthe is nearby and is surrounded by the ruins of a medieval castle with a breathtaking view. La Roche offers a great opportunity to rediscover nature and for sports enthusiasts there are 120 km of mountain bike trails and 105 km of hiking trails.

The owners have renovated and decorated the house with taste. You can safely store your bicycles or motorcycles in a closed area. In the sun you can enjoy a drink and a barbecue in the garden. In winter it is wonderful to relax by the fireplace.

Free parking is available.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
