This 5-bedroom holiday home is in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes in Houffalize. You can enjoy the evenings around the hot barbecue on the terrace and linger outdoors until late hours. The home is ideal for a large family of 12 members or 2-3 smaller families staying together.



Houfallize is popular among tourists due to its central location in the Ardennes and VTT mountain bike world cup. Mountain biking, walking, cycling, and hiking in the ancient forest of Ardennes is always a good choice. The home is 0.7 km from the town center, restaurants, and supermarkets. Less than half an hour away, you will find beautiful towns such as Bastogne, La Roche, Vielsalm, and Durbuy.



The holiday home is equipped with central heating. If you love tranquillity and a good book, the private garden offers plenty of space. Children spend hours on the boules' court and play equipment. For recreation, you have table tennis and table football. A pet is allowed for a small fee. Parking is available.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
