“We traveled with a group of 9 women. Absolute highlights of the house are the terrace, the living room and the bedrooms upstairs. They are spacious and beautifully furnished. There is plenty of space on the terrace. The quiet location is also perfect. Unfortunately, due to water damage on the terrace, there was a very long strip of mold in the bedroom downstairs, which we couldn't use. The rooms upstairs are big enough to put the mattresses up. The landlady reimbursed us 20% of the rental price. Of course, the problem with the mold should be fixed. The water damage on the terrace has already been repaired.”

The water that flushes the toilet is rainwater and smelled horribly! It only got better after it rained for a day. There is no water coming out of the tap in the sink in the toilet room next to the kitchen! 50% of the doors grind on the floor and are almost impossible to close! The shower in the sauna was dirty! The grill was not cleaned! The bedroom in the basement is damp, the wardrobe was about to fall apart. 4 of 7 smoke detectors have been removed and are missing without replacement. The table tennis table was very wavy and difficult to use due to the high humidity in the garage and basement area. The contact on site has to ours Complaints not responded.”

“We stayed with 8 adults a weekend in the villa. Discussed the arrival time in consultation with the owner. We were a bit later, but this was not a problem. We were already met on arrival. Madam has given us a short tour of the house and shows how everything works. From bell villa we had understood that the jacuzzi usually does not work so that on arrival we had to discuss with the owner whether the jacuzzi was working and if we wanted to use it. We could then pay the amount for the jacuzzi on the spot. The lady who gave us the tour was not the owner of the house and told us that we had to contact the owner regarding the use of the jacuzzi. We called the owner and she told us that she did not know if we wanted to use the jacuzzi, so that he had just been turned on. The water was refreshed and he would be warm the next morning. The next morning, however, this was still not the case.
