Welcome to this luxurious, family home with an indoor wellness! You will find a lot of comfort in this renovated house. When the weather is nice, you can sit in the garden. The house is ideal for a holiday with 2 families.

In the relaxation area you will find a bubble bath and sauna, where you can relax at the end of the day.

If you want to go out, you can easily visit nice places like La-Roche-en-Ardenne. Walk or cycle through the beautiful nature in the area. During the summer holidays, various activities are organized at Chateau de le Roche, and Durbuy Adventure Vally is also recommended. If you want to do a winter activity, winter sports center Baraque de Fraiture is worth a visit.

The central heating with different radiators allows you to adjust the temperature per room. There is parking for up to 8 cars.

For reasons of tranquility, this house is not rented out to youth groups. Organizing student parties, bachelor parties and drinking parties is prohibited. At the end of your stay, please close all windows and doors and turn the radiators to 0.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
