This 9-bedroom holiday home in Gouvy, amid the tranquil Belgian Ardennes, is perfect to meet up with family and friends and can accommodate 33 persons. The holiday home has a private furnished garden to linger with a cool drink and a bar in the living room with a beer tap.



Gouvy lies in the heart of the Belgian Ardennes, near Luxembourg. Many small rivers have their source in the area surrounding the village and converge to form the eastern Ourthe River. This stay is perfect for those in search of a good dose of fresh air. You can enjoy the landscape and nature by bike or on foot. There's a shopping centre at 0.7 km only in case you need anything.



The holiday home comes with a well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals of your choice and try out new recipes. For leisure, you can play table tennis. You can light up the barbecue in the evenings and gather everyone around it for a pleasant time. There is a cot and a high chair for the little guests. Parking is available.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 20 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
