About the holiday home

This is a quaint 6-bedroom holiday home in Marche-en-Famenne. Located near a farm, it has been tastefully renovated and features a bubble bath for relaxation. It is ideal for big families and groups.

There are many nice trips that you can make in the area. You can visit the caves of Han-sur-Lesse, the caves of Hotton, the recreational area of Chevetogne, the medieval town of Durbuy or Wéris, one of the most beautiful cities in Wallonia. You can buy supplies 300m away and find restaurants 4 km from the home.

The home has a garden with furniture and a terrace with a barbecue. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair. It also has a trampoline and gaming computer. It offers bed linen.

Liège Airport is 53 km away.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

“On holiday with three couples. Six adults and six children. The welcome from the hostess was warm and warm, she gave us a nice tour of this house. The jacuzzi has one of the best massage systems I ever experienced. The infrared sauna was a nice plus as well. The hosts were very accommodating, they brought us all the things we needed (hairdrier, coffee pads, bread knife, maps ...) and recommended us nice walking paths. And we especially appreciated a late check out (evening).”

“From 11-27-2020 to 11-29-2020 I used the house known under the number: BE-1036-01. Paid € 852.00 for a weekend with four people for a house with jacuzzi , sauna and all other conveniences.Unfortunately we found on arrival that the sauna had defects. The home owner barely got the sauna (infrared) working (touchscreen barely worked). Unfortunately, when we tried it ourselves, we couldn't get it to work. The sauna does not heat up, which is very handy for a sauna. The next day we left for a walk, and I immediately reported to the homeowners. Following this we have never received any feedback. Our observation was correct: the sauna was defective, we were told this on departure (Sunday evening at 7:30 PM), so I paid for a sauna that we did not use, and ask for a refund (because you obviously extra costs for extra privileges, such as a sauna). The expectations described have not been met, as the house did not have a working sauna. And because of this you remain in defects.In addition, it is useful to indicate immediately that: the oven door is in need of repair (you have to push with all your might to close the door) and if you want to turn off the jacuzzi, it is possible so that he does not go out and you also have to call in the help of the homeowners. If I look at it from the outside, Belvilla's internal housekeeping is also not completely in order, how can you sell to your customers: have to wait 4-6 weeks for feedback, this can also add up due to the current "busy" period? How can you further inconvenience a customer? It's genuinely crazy ... You choose to make your customers wait so long, because there are countless solutions for this, you just have to choose a solution;).”
