This very spacious holiday home in Gouvy Ardennes and lies in a forested area at the edge of the village of Montleban. The home has 6 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 16 people. The house comes with a garden, a large terrace and barbeque.

The farmhouse lies in the amidst nature in a quiet location, the forested surroundings are ideal for hiking or biking and only 500 m away from the house, The town centre of Motleban is also 500 m away, restaurants and general supplies can be found 5 km away. There is an artificial ski run 6 km from the holiday home, and a swimming pool to relax 8 km away.

This Ardennes house is more than 250 years old and is built from materials like Ardennes oak, loam and stone, giving it a rustic feel. The holiday home is spaciously built and is perfect for relaxing as it comes with a Finnish sauna. There is also a completely furnished luxurious kitchen and a large dining area. There is a table football and a pool table for adults.

Reservations for groups of persons under 20 years of age are not permitted

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
