With a spacious garden, a beautiful terrace and wonderful surroundings, this quietly located house is ideal for holidays with family and/or friends. Enjoy the cosy fireplace and the many facilities (for children too)!

The house is 100 m away from the forest, where you can make beautiful walks. The lake is 1 km away and is ideal for an outing with the children. The restaurants, public transport and the centre are at 1 km and the station of Vielsalm is at 25 minutes walking distance. Canyoning at Coo Adventure is also worthwhile!

Around the house is a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun. On cold winter days you can light the large fireplace and for the children there is a trampoline, a swing, a climbing frame and of course the forest. Behind the house is a meadow, which really gives you the feeling that you are in the countryside. You are kindly requested to respect the beautifully laid out garden. There are 4 parking spaces to the left of the house.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
This holiday home is available for recreational purposes only. Bookings on behalf of companies will be cancelled and possible cancellation costs will be charged

About Belgium

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
