One chair, see photo, wobbles dangerously and is falling apart 6. Poor quality of the beds and mattresses. Partly completely worn out, see photo 7. Wardrobe in the basement is missing doors, see photo 8. Dirty fan in the bathroom in the basement 9. Hanging socket in the basement, life-threatening for children 10. Hanging power cables above the door to the living room, unclear whether there is power or not, should be lamp terminals on the photo 11. In the basement, there are often blisters behind the wallpaper, possible indication of mold 12. Two rusty screws on the climbing frame for the children, risk of injury 13. Offering 6 beds in the basement for overnight stays is unworthy, stinging, damp, constant noise from the heating 14. Missing table and chair in the bedroom 15. A board in the terrace has broken, my son tripped over it, risk of falling 16. Doors to the toilet at the bottom and top are jammed, can only be closed with force and loud noises It is unbelievable that after 3 complaints I have not received any answer or reaction from the landlord. Absolutely not recommended”

“House was cozy and equipped with the necessary furniture and equipment for cooking and eating and drinking. The extra refrigerator is also very useful. It is a pity that there is not a little more attention to care at such a beautiful location.”

“The house is in good order (not new but clean) and there are many relaxation options available. The 2 rooms on level -1 are very humid, but we were only with 7 people, so plenty of rooms on level +1. The wooden terrace could use some updating: very slippery in wet weather and some rotten planks. Unlike most holiday homes, energy costs are not based on a fixed amount, but on actual consumption. The settlement is done fairly, but I still find it pleasant if all costs are known in advance…”

“We spent a nice week in October in this spacious house with 8 adults, 2 babies, a toddler and a toddler. Unfortunately, there was a bad smell on the ground floor after a day. That floor was sufficient as a recreation room. 4 chairs of the dining table need to be replaced. Belvilla has compensated for the non-functioning jacuzzi. The upstairs is good. Spacious bedrooms and neat bathrooms. If the smell in the basement would be resolved I would certainly consider returning to this house.”

“We have 3 families of a total of 12 people with a dog here a great mid-week spent. The earlier review was initially quite exciting, but in the end all turned out to be not too bad. The jacuzzi that was present indeed did not work, but that is included in the price. Instead there is a great sauna. There was also a lot of talk about the smell on the lower floor, but that can be explained if no one uses the 3 showers that are present there for a long time. Good things were the "technical help" Martin who luckily made the effort to speak English and showed us around in all matters surrounding the stay. An excellent kitchen with enough stuff, even an extra large fridge. But also the large dining table with beautiful views of the surroundings where fine. The beautiful large terrace with a view of the Ourthe and surroundings. The beds were fine and the sanitary facilities in order. It is a detached house on a main road, but this makes the distance to La Roche and other hiking spots easy. On the ground floor a simple billiards table where the children had a great time. There were of course also points of attention: * not all toilet doors are lockable * going for a walk from the house is not recommended because there are no hiking trails * small TV / DVD in the playroom did not work and the football game is no longer completely complete. Overall we have had a surprisingly good stay for a nice price”

“The ground floor is not suitable for overnight stays. There is a bad smell and the ventilation is below average. This can still be used as a recreation room, but no longer as extra rooms. We were 15 adults. In terms of comfortable seating (seats), there is a shortage. The chairs of the dining table need to be replaced. Several chairs are really worn out and shaky. Same problem with the outside seats. Too bad about the jacuzzi though Belvilla has given compensation for this. The top floor is okay. Spacious bedrooms and well equipped bathrooms. Provided the necessary refresher works and extra furniture, this is a nice holiday home for about 10 people.”

“5 years ago we were here and had a very nice stay. Unfortunately I can't say this again! A lot of moisture present in the rooms downstairs, bbq grill defective, no smoke detectors present, but 8 spoons present for a house of 15 people, tap on sink is loose, the wooden railing on the terrace is loose, .... As for the fantastic jacuzzi, it has been broken for months! If you ask whether it is accessible, you will always receive a different explanation "is not allowed by Corona, there is a leak, the previous users were not carefully not accessible there,....). It is a pity that I now also read the reactions of the previous tenants and they also raise this. I wonder if belvilla is doing something with our feedback?!? There are families who have to save for a year or more to be able to pay for a stay in this house, too bad you offer this so long. Dairy farms therefore also exist at holiday homes. Belvilla, keep your name worthy, it is easy to blame everything on the owner. It is your task to address the owner when there are many complaints. The holiday did not go well for us, but I hope you do not do this to the next tenants.”

“Good location, but the promised jacuzzi could not be used due to misuse by previous tenants, while its presence had been decisive for renting the house; the bedrooms and playrooms in the basement had a sickening smell of mold; a lot of stuff was also worn out and worn out (sagged chair, missing tablet at mirror in bathroom, BBQ grill where the handle was loose, broken toys ....) and there were also few plates for so many people.”

“On arrival on Friday, the manager appeared not to be present. Reaching him by phone via the given number was also unsuccessful. After waiting for more than 50 minutes in a warm car someone brought the key. The house was neat, but of the listed facilities that add value to the house, the trampoline in the garden was impossible to find and the whirlpool bath was unusable for the third year, the the ping-pong table was broken .... On Sunday we noticed that there was a wasp nest under the roof. After the fire brigade had done its job, many wasps thought to escape through a small opening through a plinth in one of the rooms. A very dangerous condition which meant that the room could no longer be used for the time being. On Monday, not all wasps turned out to be dead and the fire brigade came a second time. The owner was informed by us of the unusability of a room. He promised to send a cleaning lady on day 3. Unfortunately we have not seen anyone. The room remained unusable until our departure !!!!!! The holiday week in the Ardennes would calm us down. Unfortunately, we were not really awarded this. On Monday "day 4" they came to mow the grass, on Thursday "day 6" the brush cutter was introduced for two hours; the grounds behind the garden needed urgent pruning and on Friday at 08.00 am we were treated to cut down and process two trees in the adjacent garden of the same owner. Even before we had left the house, the cleaning team made an unsolicited appearance. We were, as it were, swept outside. Unheard and very rude!”
