“We enjoy the quiet location and the view from the large terrace over the surrounding meadows. A smaller terrace at the front offers protection from rain and too much sun. Some neighbors we hardly noticed. The two small roads at the foot of the hill on which the house stands are traveled not much. Many hikers come in the summer by the small valley. Lavender shrubs and sage smell at the house and through the sun and rain, and in the grove chirping on warm days the Cigalen. From time to time you can see one of the neighbor cats or dogs, everything is peaceful. From the opposite woods at night you can hear barking bucks or an owl. The Way Cazals past the lake you can walk in 20 minutes on foot, downhill. Back it takes probably longer. We like to drive into the city for shopping and the Sunday market. All dealers are very friendly. Among the shops and supermarkets of Gourdon or Fumel by car it takes about 40 minutes. In such trips we visited wineries on Lot or discovered restaurants that offer some Dutch a very good French cuisine. For romantics many places and palaces or castles have preserved their medieval flair in the Perigord. In all peace”

“Excellent home for the money. Plenty of space, privacy and good decor. The fireplace, the living room is also on cold days (early May) fine heat. Beds are French (but 1.90 so long) but have excellent mattresses. Beautifully situated on a slope with a huge area there omheen.Vriendelijke receipt by the owner, who lives a bit further (no visual contact). Cazals 2 km has bakeries and supermarket. Spacious area is perfect for trips.”

“We have z, n Eights (two families 14 boys, 16 girls 14, 18 and sheepdog) had good to our liking. Large house two terraces, east and west.Het water in the lake is dirty (Cazals). Therefore, we soon purchased a large inflatable pool. Swimming in the back is wonderful for this you must first half an hour (Castel Frank) .Wandelmogelijkheden are few. And the area is very rustigAl in all a good holiday.”

Surrounded by gentle slopes, this is a 4-bedroom countryside holiday home in Cazals, Midi-Pyrénées. With a sunny terrace, fenced garden and a barbecue, it is great for large families and friends' groups.

You can head to the Zadkine Museum, 6 km away and then, to the medieval castle of Bonaguil, 29 km away. There is a swimming lake 500 m away, which is ideal if you want to take a dip. You can find a supermarket, bakery, restaurant, and a tennis court 2 km away.

Having two terraces, the home has options for basking in the sun or sitting under the shade. The large fenced garden gives you privacy to start a new book or lounge in the fresh air.
