This is a quaint holiday home in Malmedy Ardennes, High Fens with 5 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 12 people. The home comes with a sauna and large garden, located on top of a hill with a stunning view making it perfect for family holidays.

The house is very centrally placed with the town centre barely 6 km away. You can also venture out 6 km to find local restaurants and relish the delicacies of the area. There is a lake 8 km away, where you can relax and enjoy a day picnic. The house comes with a well-equipped kitchen, supplies for the same can be found barely 6 km away. The house is close to the Ovifat (2km away) skiing area. Also, the Francorchamps circuit is barely 10 km away.

This holiday home is perfect to thoroughly enjoy the beautiful flora and fauna of the High Fens. It has a large dining area with a fireplace and there are a table tennis.

Public transport can be found 6 km away.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
