“Very nice holiday home with a perfect location. Only the darkening of the bedroom on the second floor is missing. There is an Intermatché 1 km from the holiday home where you can do some very affordable shopping. At 100 meters (just over the bridge) there is a caterer/restaurant with very tasty food. Finally, the house is in the immediate vicinity of hiking trails and the Ravel (cycling route)”

“It is a nice spacious house. There are enough things to have a pleasant stay here. Sufficient bedrooms and bathrooms and a large fine kitchen. The place is fantastic because, as the description indicates, it is located directly on the Oerthe. There are a few very small points, namely that there are no outdoor chairs to sit on, the tongs and the like for the BBQ are not present. But perfect overall 👍👌”

“We got to a very cold week with several freezing days. The gérante only turned on the heating upon arrival. The house had not been heated at all and was extremely cold. “Beautiful house in a beautiful location, Very cozy and authentic and very fully furnished. Reception was fine only you have to speak some French, but with your hands and feet you come a long way. House is a nice starting point to explore the area on foot. .December is wet and muddy for walking in the Ardennes, but our dogs had no message about that. Only downside if you want to watch a larger group in front of the TV (Formula 1) then it is very tight. But for the rest it is a very spacious house recommended.”

“We were half an hour early and could wait outside. After that half an hour the only French-speaking lady started to tell all the rules of the house as well as the possible fines to be imposed. The house looked nice but was really not in order. * The garden table made from a tree stump is rotting. * The dishwasher has damage on the inside (this has been the case for a long time according to the NL-speaking neighbor!). * The taps in the bathroom do not always work, sometimes even only when the shower is also on. * The kitchen faucet is leaking considerably. * There are an incredible number of lamps in this house (more than 140) that all come on when you press the button next to the front door. You have to take them off piece by piece! * The beds are not comfortable. Because there is explicitly pointed to fines, you hardly dare to enjoy the house, which considerably reduces the holiday fun. Not a second time for us in this house, the area is fantastic!”

Furthermore, there was no window eclipse on the second floor. neighborhood was also very nice.”
