This 4-bedroom holiday home in Stoumont is a peaceful paradise for a group of 9 or families with children to relax. The private swimming pool and private furnsihed garden offer a wonderful vacation.



Many hiking and biking routes are available to explore the place and its wonderful sights. Go for a nature walk, explore the forest at 100 m, try golf, or have fun at the waterfalls of Coo at 7 km. If you love history, visit the nearby World War II museum. There is a race-car museum in Stavelot is to enjoy with the kids. Restaurants, town center, and supermarket are also nearby at 500 m.



The interiors are beautiful with a modern kitchen, living-dining room with fireplace, and a hallway. The private furnished terrace has beautiful view of the valley to enjoy cozy barbecue evenings. You can bring 2 pets at € 20/Pet/Stay. To make the kids feel at home, a children's bedroom and play equipment are arranged.



Guests can check-in between 4 – 6 PM and check-out between 9 – 10 AM.

It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
