Located in Waimes, this serene holiday home has 5 bedrooms and accommodates a group of 15 people or families with children comfortably. It provides central heating, terrace, and barbecue to enjoy.



Winters are great to enjoy skiing and cross-country skiing. During summer you can visit Lake Robertville and Lake Bütgenbach to enjoy water sports. A walk in the area is enjoyable at any time of the year. Do not miss the nearby cities of Malmedy, Stavelot, Eupen, and Spa. The supermarket is near 800 m and restaurants are at a distance of 3km.



Spend time watching TV in the living room with a fireplace. The central heating assures a warm temperature inside. A high chair is arranged in the modern kitchen, and the home also provides a children's bed. You can relax on the terrace with a barbecue. Parking is also arranged. Youth groups are not entertained.



Guests can check-in between 5–6 PM and check-out between 9–10 AM.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
Reservations for groups of persons under 30 years of age are not permitted
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
