This charming 5 bedroom holiday home in Malmedy is the city center, which is ideal for families and a large group. This accommodation can host 14 guests, and it has an infrared sauna in addition to a regular sauna.



The holiday is located in the picturesque town center, which is marked with several restaurants and offers easy connectivity with public transport. A day's trip can also be planned to the serene lake (8 km) nearby.



This holiday home is child-friendly, and there are children's beds and high chairs for young stayers. You will find a comfortable sitting room and a fully-equipped kitchen, where you can prepare delicious meals. The basement has a playroom with a few indoor games to keep you entertained. There is also a well-manicured private garden where the children can play freely while the adults enjoy a barbecue. There are free WiFi and parking facilities too.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
