This holiday home in Sprimont is a 4-bedroom modern house located 5 km from the forest, can house up to 8 guests. It has free WiFi and equipped with a sauna.

It is located 1km away from the town centre, where you can avail restaurant services and general supplies. There is a golf course 6.5 km away and the ski resort of Baraque de Fraiture is located at 35 km distance. Visit the Zoo of Reid and Deigne, the spa resort of Spa and Golf and the longest cave system of Europe in Remouchamps. The town of Aywaille is 6 km away. There are numerous hiking and cycling routes in the vicinity where you enjoy the natural surroundings.

This holiday home with a sauna has a terrace and a partially fenced garden. There is a barbecue and parking facility is also available on the premises. It has a trampoline and a table football for some indoor fun.

Note: After 8 pm (except in cases of force majeure) there will be no check-ins.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
