About the holiday home

This is a 3-bedroom holiday home for 6 people located near the Ardennes forest. The house is renovated and has all the modern comforts. Located in Saint Vith Ardennes, it is a peaceful location that is great for a relaxing getaway.

Right across the road are the woods and a walk through them will bring you into Germany. Summers are great for biking on the RAVeL cycling paths while winters are good for cross-country skiing. German wine country is also closeby.

The house has a garden with furniture and a terrace with a barbecue. It is child-friendly and has a children’s bed and high chair. You can bring two pets for € 10 per pet per night.

Liege Airport is 100 km from here.

“Too bad there is no privacy at all if you want to sit outside. In addition, the chairs for outside are not comfortable chairs to sit in, for example without a cushion in it. For the rest, the house is fine and complete”

“Nice and comfortable house, but it's a pity that there is a sewage smell in the hall. Well-equipped kitchen, with everything just right for six people. So you have to wash dishes often and the dishwasher is very small. The table football is great fun, although a bit strange: with 12 players per team on the field, including 3 goalkeepers. Normally we never watch TV on holiday. This time we wanted to watch a qualifying match of the Dutch football team. And then the TV remote control turned out to be untraceable. Contact with the homeowner did not provide a solution. Then I looked at the laptop. The area is very beautiful and quiet, although many walks are partly on (car-free) asphalt roads. The forest path at the end of the road past the house is beautiful, A large and cheap supermarket can be found 6 kilometers away in Bleialf. The AD Delhaize in Sankt Vith has a very good range of tasty food.”

Because of the sometimes low doors and ceilings my head sometimes bumped, but that could not spoil the fun. For 8 people, the house may be a bit too small, but it is certainly doable for 6 people. We would also like to thank the family who made the house available for the warm welcome. We really enjoyed our weekend!”

Too bad that the living room was still full of dog hair. This was less pleasant! Forest next to the house is great. Nice area to ride around with a mountain bike. We had a nice weekend despite the bad weather.”
