However, three weeks later still waiting for the energy bill ... after countless unanswered telephone calls, text messages, whatsapps and emails ... and Belvilla does not seem to have a customer service ... unless an error- This "problem" is more likely to be down to the owner, but not being able to get customer service to help is frustrating.”

“The house is a bit old, but still very comfortable, offers plenty of space and enough activities. We rented the house in February and it rained all the time. But we could also spend a lot of time in the house, whether in the sauna, by the fireplace, playing billiards or in the cinema room. The children had a lot of fun in the playroom. There were a few flaws, e.g. the heating on the upper floors didn't work, a dishwasher was broken, but the problems were taken care of and we always had a contact person. Overall it's a nice house.”

This is a luxurious 12-bedroom cottage for 24 people in the peaceful Belgian countryside of Sourbrodt Ardennes. It has a sauna, Turkish steam bath, a poker table, a bar with beer on tap, and a billiards table.

The house has a large meeting room for seminars. A cross-country ski trail is 1 km away, as are restaurants and daily supplies.

The house has a private garden with furniture and a barbecue. It is child-friendly and has five children beds, four high chairs, and play equipment.
