You will find this idyllic holiday home on the well-known Schmittenstraße in Zell am See in Salzburgerland, close to the slopes and very conveniently located to the lifts. This house has several apartments, all of which are beautifully and elegantly furnished.

You will live in the holiday apartment on the 2nd floor. This apartment has a living room with a dining/sitting area, a double bed and a sofa bed for 1 person. This is followed by a small open kitchen with a dishwasher. Together with the bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom, this apartment is ideal for a maximum of 5 people. From the living room you have access to the balcony. You can park directly at the holiday home.

The Schmittenhöhe ski area with 77 kilometers of pistes and 28 facilities and lifts is in the immediate vicinity, ideal for pleasure skiers, occasional skiers, passionate snowboarders or speed lovers. In total, Zell am See - Kaprun offers 3 ski areas with a total of over 400 kilometers of pistes with the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm - Leogang - Fieberbrunn ski area and the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area.

The Schmittenstraße ends in the center of Zell am See, where there are many restaurants, supermarkets, shops and places to go out.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
