The house is in a quiet and sunny location, above the centre of Schruns. In the area, you can take beautiful walks and enjoy the beautiful mountain scenery. The nearest restaurants and shops are 1.5 km away. The ski lift and cross-country ski trails are also 1.5 km from the house.

The flat is on the 1st floor and has a private entrance. In the large living room and from the balcony you have a beautiful view of Schruns and the surrounding mountains. A ski storage room and ski boot warmers are available. Wi-Fi is also available in the house.

The ski bus stop is 1.5 km away.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
