“Never experienced. Reasonable stay but hostess and host unfriendly, suspicious and controlling (due to bad experiences from other tenants?). When we were skiing, the owners came into our rented rooms. We know this because one of us stayed home for a morning. The owner entered the bedroom not knowing anyone else was there. We understand that you are economical with your home, but when you are a landlord you will have to have some confidence in the tenants. The day before departure, the landlord asked what time we wanted to leave. Indicated that we would focus on 10:00 so that we could have breakfast in peace (10:00 is also indicated time to check out). Landlord asked if we would really stay until 10am? She still had to clean etc. for the next tenants. At 9.40 am the landlord came in to check everything and whether we were staying until 10 am on purpose…. We don't get it. As the landlord asked, we closed the windows during the day, took off shoes in the house, sorted waste, locked the door when we were away, closed kitchen cabinets properly, filled in papers on time, paid payments immediately, dishes neatly in the cupboards, no noise or other nuisance possibilities. We had a wonderful winter sports holiday in Schruns, but a little more hospitality would be more pleasant for everyone.”

“It was our first holiday in Austria What a beautiful country! A beautiful area to walk. With gondolas and lifts you get a nice piece up into the mountains and you can continue to inform wandelen.Het apartment was very clean, but otherwise soberly decorated, not cozy, also the terrace of the house is not. Not so suitable for a summer vacation, probably more focused on winter sports.”

“On arrival at the house we got was a tour which particularly emphasizes what behavior is expected of our shoes off, windows closed door locked shut the broken cabinet correctly and naturally separate the waste. What surprised me most was that mrs. with my ski "s came out running after I had put in the boiler room, with the announcement that it would damage anything like this would be in. I had them but in the ski depot at the rink opbergen.De day before our departure was mr. suddenly in the kitchen to collect the remaining costs by asking what time we were leaving the next day. I mentioned to him that I could not say this but of course for ten hours as stated in the conditions. The next morning we put at nine just not out of the house. Mrs. was ready to go into the hallway I schoonmaken.Toen with my clean shoes for a bit the house was to check if I had not forgotten anything was me of course equally told that this was not allowed.”

“The apartment is adequate. Kitchen / room in a very small. Space is idd in the hallway that you share with the owner. Privacy is therefore less. Owners are friendly and do not like in a previous review annoying. Furthermore, a beautiful environment.”

“Brief Summary This apartment offers little effective space, little privacy and is relatively expensive. It is really no more than a couple of rooms in a general way, not flat. Conflicts with the owner lurk. We wonder how this kind of addresses in the file does Belvilla. Details The kitchen equipment was very limited. For example, there were five knives in the cutlery basket. There was no sign of towel and potholders either. No coasters, a cutting board that every sensible person shall be replaced as three years would have. No dishwasher, no microwave or kettle. However, a note in the closet hung by the lessor with the text "bitte geschirr sauber hinterlassen, danke." The outdated kitchen cum living room is very small. From the table it can be easily operated electric stove and refrigerator are opened. We chose this apartment because it would contain quite a lot of space. That space was unfortunately stuck where the landlady at will by walking back and our shower and other areas inspected. Especially in the corridor She did this while we were not there and when we were there. The term apartment is therefore very misleading because of privacy did not exist. There are two slaapkame”

“It was a nice holiday. The house was cozy and clean.We were "morning fresh bread rolls in the oven. The landlords came only when it was needed. A broken lamp was the same day (Sunday) gerepareerd.Het still had snowed a lot but the road was good to Schruns kept clean. The driveway was plowed by the owners gehouden.Silvretta Montafon is a pretty extensive ski area.”

“We really liked our stay. We were downstairs at our disposal and had plenty of privacy. It looked clean and neat. It is somewhat remote and high on the mountain. A beautiful view. To the valley to get you through a narrow winding down. There is no bread service.”

About the holiday home

Situated near the ski area in Bartholomäberg, this apartment with 2 bedrooms can accommodate a family of 4 comfortably. There are central heating and a terrace to relax.

You can have an exciting time skiing at the Montafon ski area. The ski lift is at 4 km and there is a cross country also at 4 km. You can also find the ski bus ta 100 m. The public swimming pool at 4 km is perfect for a swim. For food and shopping, there are excellent restaurants at 1 km and a supermarket at 2 km.

The apartment is at an altitude of 1100 m and has a terrace and furnished garden with breathtaking views. Indoors are warm and welcoming with central heating. You can cook comfortably as the kitchen is modern and well-equipped. There is also space to store your ski boots. Parking is arranged for 2 vehicles.

Check-in timings are 3 – 6 PM and check-out timings are 8 – 10 AM.
