In the romantic XXL farmhouse with a beautiful view of the Wilder Kaiser, you can forget everyday life. You live on the outskirts between Söll and Scheffau, just a few kilometers from the Kufstein-Kiefersfelden border (703 meters above sea level). With four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two guest toilets, there is enough privacy for up to twelve people. An ideal holiday home, for example, for a sociable group of hikers. With lots of practical utensils, the kitchen is made for an evening of cooking together. Or prepare a cozy barbecue in the garden. Children also feel good all around. Because your holiday home includes a large piece of land with a playground and play equipment: a great place to linger and relax. The house is close to the road that leads directly to Ellmau. There you can look forward to numerous attractions, such as Ellmi's magic world, the Hexenwasser Söll, the Wörgler Wasserwelten adventure pool, the Kaiserbad, the 27-hole Wilder Kaiser golf course and the 9-hole short course Kaisergolf. Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
