The courtyard houses the holiday apartments, which have become a comfortable holiday home thanks to their beautiful mix of modern and traditional elements. A spacious outdoor area with seating invites you to relax outdoors - there is also plenty of space for children or your four-legged friend to romp and play. And after an active (hiking) day, you can relax in the communal sauna. Incidentally, if you rent all three holiday apartments, you have the whole farm at your disposal - perfect for a holiday with friends or a large family. Tobadill is a so-called scattered village in a wonderful location above the Paznau valley and in the far west of Tyrol. Due to the unique mountain world, closeness to nature and tranquility are the focus of your holiday. Nevertheless, you can quickly reach well-known places such as Galtür, Ischgl and Kappl - they are all only between 15 and 30 kilometers away from Tobadill.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
