On the outskirts of L�ngenfeld, you will find this beautiful 2-bedroom apartment for a small family or group of 4 people. The apartment rests near �tztal Arena and offers a furnished terrace to linger with a cool drink until late hours.



L�ngenfeld is particularly popular due to its thermal spa, the Aqua Dome. The shops, restaurants, and the ski bus stop are close to the apartment. In winter, a free ski bus brings you to the ski resort �tztal Arena, S�lden, and �tz where skiing and snowboarding can be enjoyed. You can head to the town center at 0.5 km and enjoy wandering through the streets in the evenings.



The apartment on the ground floor comes with a large living and dining room, with a cozy atmosphere. Central heating is provided for a comfortable stay. You can enjoy the afternoon sun on the private terrace and have meals outdoors. The open kitchen has a coffee machine and an oven to prepare quick snacks anytime. A children's bed and a high chair are there. Parking is available.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
