About the holiday home

This splendid 2-bedroom apartment is in Fendels. It is ideal for a group and can accommodate 8 guests. This has a balcony for you to relax and enjoy the scenic beauty after a long day and central heating.

Ski lift is at 2km to reach the slopes of Fendels. There is a ski lift at a short distance to visit Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis ski areas. The grocery stores lie 4 km and the restaurants are only 1 km from the stay. There is a swimming pool at 5km.

The balcony is accessible for you to enjoy a steaming cup of tea with your loved ones. Central heating is installed for your cosier stay. Parking is also provided in the premises. Ski boot heaters are in place for your hustle free stay. A high chair and children’s bed are provided for the little travelers

You can check-in to the property between 3-6 PM and check-out can be done between 9-10 AM.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

You will receive tickets for access to, among other things, the natural pool and swimming pool. It is recommended to extend this with access to lifts. There are several options for this.”

“We stayed on the top floor of Hause Kometer, it was offered as an 8 person apartment. On site, there appeared to be only two bedrooms with a double and a single bed. In the living area had a sofa where 1 person was slapen.Als they wish to stay with 3 or 4 couples, it does have a problem with this format! Furthermore, the apartment was well fine, nice view of the slopes and it was also easy to reach on foot. Best of all was the ski resort Kaunertal, this is really a great area and definitely recommended !! Downside to the apartment was that we had to do a whole week with the same towels would be nice if this z 'n least were replaced mid week had by clean ... Continue super holiday and worth repeating ...”

“Very nice location for a group of 14 people (combined 2 stays). Peaceful stay. The only disadvantage was that when purchasing the pass for Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis our guest card was not accepted because we did not stay close to the slopes so we had to pay € 35 more! Fendels ski area itself is still not included, this was also to pay extra for! This little area is perfect for beginners and families but too small for an advanced Snower. All in all though another beautiful week behind!”

The biggest advantage for winter sports is the short walk to the ski slopes and lifts. Village is limited in shops, restaurants and cafe 's.”
