About the holiday home

This beautiful apartment is in Fendels and is ideal for a small group. It can accommodate 8 guests and has 2 bedrooms. It has a balcony for you to enjoy and relax and central heating.

Ski lift lies 200 m from the apartment and takes you to the slopes of Fendels. There is also a ski lift at a short distance to reach Fiss,Serfaus,and Ladis ski areas. If you run out of your essentials, the local grocery store is 4 km away. Try out some new delicacies at the nearest restaurant only 1 km away. Swimming pool is at 5 km.

You can utilize the balcony to have a cosy afternoon teatime. Central heating is available in the property. Parking and ski boot heaters are provided in the premises. This child-friendly apartment offers a high chair and children’s bed for the better stay of your kids.

The check-in timing is 3-6 PM and check-out can be done between 9-10 AM.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

“For the 2nd time in this apartment in Fendels. It is well located, within walking distance of the slopes, with a nice view of the mountain railway that comes from the village. There are no shops in the village, a quiet village with quiet slopes, even in the spring break. The apartment has a small kitchen where you can prepare simple meals, and two bedrooms with 3 beds each. Going with 2 families is very tight, for a family with 2 or 3 children it is a great accommodation.”

“We understood that the lady who arranges the arrival would be there between 3 and 6 pm. It was not so. We had to contact her while we were there. Accommodation is spacious enough for a family with 3 children. Rather little seating space (small seat). Cozy wooden seating area. Good beds. Apartment was not spotless, there were still many dead flies on the windows. Bathroom is rather small. Shower is dangerous for children, when someone takes water in the kitchen, the temperature of the shower water rises enormously! Surroundings Fiss-Serfaus-Ladis is beautiful and easily accessible. Nice to stay peacefully on the other side of the valley. Nice walks in the area! Glacier valley is beautiful !!”

In the use a few minor mistakes in the kitchen equipment, there was no teapot and few drinking glasses. For the rest everything is neatly taken care of. Because there is only one bench, little comfort after skiing.”

Good supply of towels, beds already made and in the kitchen a dishwasher. I also went for a day to Serfaus. Fendels is quieter, Serfaus is very touristy, you have to love here. The surroundings are beautiful, but you should not be afraid of hairpin bends.”

“We felt very comfortable in the house. The contact to Mr. Huber was very pleasant, he stood with advice and assistance. The apartment is traditionally furnished with wooden furniture. It is cleaned very well, nothing was missing. Also, plenty of towels were available. As a major drawback but we found the lack of Wi-Fi. As we did with several families in Fendels holiday, we could not communicate with each other via Whatsapp, but always had to call each other when we drive us to ski or eating out wanted to make an appointment. Gladly again! (Maybe then with Wi-Fi -?))”

“Very nice location for a group of 14 people (combined 2 stays). Peaceful stay. The only disadvantage was that when purchasing the pass for Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis our guest card was not accepted because we did not stay close to the slopes so we had to pay € 35 more! Fendels ski area itself is still not included, this was also to pay extra for! This little area is perfect for beginners and families but too small for an advanced Snower.”
