This spacious 6-bedroom holiday home in Kappl has indoor heating and ski storage with ski boot heaters. The holiday home invites you to spend a lovely vacation with up to 20 guests, be it a large family, several small families or a group of friends.



Superb walking paths and mountain biking routes are available. The holiday rental is around 0.7 km from the town centre of Kappl, which has several pubs, restaurants and grocery stores. In winter, you can enjoy skiing, snowboarding or tobogganing in the Kappll im Paznauntal ski area. The ski bus laptops at 0.1 km and the nearest ski lift are at 1 km. Cross country skiing can be done at 3 km.



The holiday home has a large eat-in kitchen to spend a great time together. There's a private terrace to linger outdoors with a glass of wine after returning from excursions or activities. You can start your day on the balcony, admiring the far-reaching views of the surrounding region. Parking is available.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
