These detached, luxury chalet-type wellness villas are located in Biberwier, Austria, at the foot of Germany's highest mountain, the Zugspitze. The chalet villas are located in the small-scale holiday park Alpenchalets Biberwier, which opened at the end of 2021. It is located directly on the ski slope, approx. 500 m from the valley station of the Marienbergbahn, approx. 25 km from the famous German (winter sports) resort Garmisch-Partenkirchen.

The two-storey chalet villas are built entirely of wood. This gives you that genuine nice traditional Austrian atmosphere inside, but with all the comfort you could wish for. The decor is modern and tasteful. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living room with TV. The open plan kitchen is fully equipped with features like a dishwasher and oven. On this floor, you will also find a bathroom with a traditional sauna and shower. The second floor has one 4-pers. bedroom with a bunk bed and three 2-pers. bedrooms, one of which has a private bathroom with shower and toilet. There also is a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet.

Outside, you will find a terrace with garden furniture and hot tub to relax after an active day of hiking/skiing. There is a balcony on the first floor. From here, you can enjoy the beautiful view of the Zugspitz massif. There's parking space for two cars directly at the villa.

At holiday park Alpenchalets Biberwier, various chalet villas can be booked for eight to ten people.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
