“The reception at the reception was good and cordial. Explanation was clear. The accommodation was in accordance with expectations. The different chalets are close together. That disappointed us. If you want to sit outside, there is hardly any privacy. This quickly results in noise nuisance. In the winter period this will play less, but you will notice that in the summer.”

“Beautiful, clean and completely furnished almost new house. For some people maybe a little too close, 100M, on a busy road not for us. Beautiful view and further quiet area. In addition to our house, 2 more houses were built, but no noise at all. Unfortunately small supermarket 200m walk, but for our big groceries we went to Merkur, large modern supermarket, in Judenburg a 30 minute drive. Nearest outdoor swimming pool 35 minutes away, but well worth it. Beautiful indoor pool in Fohnsdorf with 20m bath and large slide.”

“It was our second stay in the chalets. And again we were very satisfied there, nice chalet, fully equipped, even nice weather... There was no grill in the chalet, but when we asked on the hotel reception, they brought the grill just next day morning. We were there on May, with our 4,5 years old granddaughter, we was taking the trips every day, we was going on the children‘s playground, she was very happy there. I can only recommend the place for your vacation.”

About the holiday home

This holiday home is located in the middle of the village of Hohentauern. It has 2 spacious bedrooms and a large living room and can host 4 guests. Enjoy the towering mountains of Styria from the private wooden deck. The house is equipped with free WiFi and modern fittings, to enhance your stay. In winter months, the mountain peaks are covered with a blanket of snow, therefore, famously referred to as the 'white heart of Austria,' therefore making the area perfect for skiing. If you are visiting in the summer months, add the surrounding lakes, spas and and the impressive Hohe Tauern mountain range in your itinerary. The owner has arranged for charging of electric and hybrid car (when possible), the charges for the same, however, would be additional.
