Chalet Reiteralm is located in the heart of the Austrian Alps at a height of appr. 1,200 metres, literally between the ski slopes. The chalets have unique architecture and a panoramic-glass facade providing a magnificent view of the Dachstein massif.
The chalet is divided over two floors. On the ground floor you will find the entrance with a cloakroom and a staircase that leads to the first floor. Here you will find an additional three bedrooms with oak floors. The two bedrooms at the front have a beautiful panoramic view and access to the patio. One bedroom has a luxurious en-suite bathroom with rain shower, toilet and a designer washbasin. On the ground floor there is also an in-house wellness area with a whirlpool, sauna (infrared or Finnisch) and rain shower.
On the first floor you will find a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, seating and dining area. Due to the characteristic panorama windows you can enjoy a magnificent and grand view. The slanted roof and the large, solid roof beams generate a spacious feel. From the living room you have access to the large covered balcony, which is framed by glass panels. On this floor you will also find a fourth bedroom and a luxurious bathroom with a rain shower, toilet and designer washbasin.
Schladming-Dachstein is known for the many excellent restaurants on the pistes. In Pichl there are a number of charming bars and 'Stubes' and for those who want to have the old-fashioned 'apres-ski' experience, Schladming is just around the corner.
Of course, this chalet is not only appealing during winter, but certainly worth a visit in summer as well.
Besides the great number of walking and mountain biking opportunities there is a plethora of sights in the immediate vicinity. Salzburg can be reached with an hour's drive.
Those who love to play golf can challenge themselves on the nearby golf courses of Haus im Enntal or Radstadt. On the latter you can take the Birdie Jet gondola and take a swing at an altitude of 1,000m! At about a thirty minutes' drive you will find another five golf courses.


Type homes are divided into categories. Because these are private properties, they were decorated according to the owner’s personal taste and surface area, furnishing and size may vary – the level of comfort is as described, however. The arrangement of beds (sleeping places, separate beds or double beds) depends on the owner and cannot be determined beforehand. The pictures on display here serve as an example only

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
