If you wish to enjoy a scrumptious meal, you can walk down to the local restaurants, 100 m away. You can also experience the local nightlife at the bars, 200 m away. You can go to the beautiful ski area Kreischberg. The town of Murau Kreischberg is also worth exploring. A ski lift is located 100 m away.



Guests can cosy around the fireplace in the living room on winter evenings while a central heating facility is also available. On the ground floor, guests can find a spacious lounge, a large and well-equipped open plan kitchen and a dining nook as well. From here, you can walk down to the beautiful garden and sunny terrace. Ski boot heaters are also available. Guests can also lounge in the lush green garden and enjoy a scenic mountain view.



As there is still construction going on in the vicinity of the chalet, there may be construction nuisance.



The Internet is available free of charge (unlimited use, limited speed).



The Kreischberg cable car will be closed in the summer of 2021 due to construction work.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
