Located at the top of the Kreischberg Valley Station, the chalet provides immediate access to premier skiing, snowboarding, and winter sports facilities. In the summer, you can explore scenic hiking and biking trails. Your stay includes the Murau-Murtal GuestCard (summer), which provides additional benefits and discounts to enhance your experience.

The chalet features five tastefully decorated bedrooms: three with double beds, one with two bunk beds, and one with two single beds. With three modern bathrooms equipped with showers or indulgent indoor whirlpool tubs (hairdryer provided), there's ample space for everyone to refresh and rejuvenate. The heart of the home is the expansive living-dining area, thoughtfully designed with a cozy seating arrangement and a flat-screen TV, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes or exploring the scenic surroundings. The open kitchen is a culinary delight, fully equipped with everything you need: cutlery, cookware, a ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, and a fridge with a freezer compartment. Additional appliances include a toaster, kettle, and coffee machine. For your convenience, a small starter set including dishwasher tabs, dishwashing liquid (sample), sponge, garbage bags, cleaning supplies, and a tea towel will be ready upon your arrival. Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
