This modern detached chalet for a maximum of 10 people is located on the edge of a small holiday park in Mauterndorf in Salzburgerland, close to the ski area, and offers a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain landscape and the Grosseck-Speiereck adventure mountain.

The chalet offers a spacious living room with a modern open and fully equipped kitchen and large dining table, 5 bedrooms, 3 of which have en-suite bathrooms, 1 additional bathroom, a lounge with sauna, a garden with garden furniture and a beautiful large sunny terrace. The chalet also offers a storage room for skis with ski boot warmers. You can park directly at the chalet.

The Grosseck/Speiereck/Mauterndorf ski area is located directly in Mauterndorf - St. Michael with 50 perfectly groomed slopes, 10 lifts, alpine and cross-country skiing as well as hiking opportunities to the summit of the Speiereck. More than 30 cross-country ski trails also await you in the region. Other well-known ski areas in the immediate vicinity can be found in Obertauern, Fanningberg and on the Katschberg.

In summer, the Lungau also has a lot to offer active holidaymakers. You can hike, play golf and enjoy the many mountain bike routes. There is pure bathing fun in the Mauterndorf adventure pool, in the bathing island in Tamsweg or at the mountain lakes Trogalmsee and Schlierersee.

There are enough shops for daily needs right in the town, as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
