This spacious detached chalet for a maximum of 8 people is located in Sankt Margarethen im Lungau in Salzburgerland, the valley town of the top ski region Katschberg - Aineck.

The chalet offers a spacious living room with a sofa bed, fireplace and access to a terrace, a modern fully equipped kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms (one with an extra bunk bed), 3 bathrooms, a sauna, a hot tub and a garden with garden furniture. The chalet also has a washing machine and dryer. There are 3 parking spaces directly at the chalet.

Nestled between the local mountain Aineck and the Grainwald, St. Margarethen im Lungau is an ideal starting point for numerous activities in the Salzburg Lungau in summer. There are around 60 mountain lakes in the Salzburg Lungau, such as the Prebersee or the Schlierersee, the Lungau/Katschberg golf club is very close to the town center and for swimming fun you can go to the outdoor pools in Sankt Michael im Lungau, Mariapfarr and Mauterndorf or the BadeInsel adventure pool in Tamsweg.

In Sankt Margarethen im Lungau there is the Katschberg-Aineck ski area in particular. This ski area offers 70 kilometers of slopes and 16 lifts. Skiers and snowboarders can look forward to 3 other ski areas in the Salzburg Lungau: the Grosseck-Speiereck, Fanningberg and Obertauern ski areas with a total of over 200 kilometers of slopes.

There are enough shops for daily needs and a good selection of restaurants right in the town. The state capital of Salzburg can be reached in around 1.5 hours by car.

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
