About the holiday home

Situated on a samll hill in Annaberg-Lungötz, this apartment has beautiful view of the village and has 3 bedrooms hosting 8 people. It is perfect for families iwth children or a group to stay. There is a terrace, barbecue, and electric heating to enjoy.

Ski areas of Dachstein- West is very near to the home. The surroundings are ideal to explore by walks. The forest at 0.2 km is an ideal spot to explore nature. The public swimming pool at 0.5 km and the lake at 5 km give you opportunity for a swim. Your daily groceries can be bought from supermarket at 0.2 km and the restaurants at 0.5 km gives great food.

The house with electric heating and wood stove in the living room keeps you cozy always. Spacious kitchen and bedrooms guarentee a pleasant stay. Children's bed and high chair are provided for added comfort. Evenings are fun with a barbecue on the terrace. Safe parking is also available.

The airport at 70 km and public transport at 0.5 km give good connectivity.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

“The holiday home is located in a beautiful area. The house itself is quite dated in terms of decor. A facelift is in order. Because a lot of dark brown is colored, it looks dark inside, so you tend to constantly switch on the light. But everything was present in the house and the beds were fine, nothing about that The balcony is delicious. You look out from the balcony over the valley, the mountains and the village. The description on the Belvilla site said that there is a grocery store at 200 m. This store has been showing for more than a year So that can be adjusted in the description. In Lungötz itself there are no facilities. For that you have to drive a few kilometers to St. Martin or Annaberg. A village with really more shops you will only find on a 15 km away (Abtenau).You are therefore very remote.Does not take away that we had a great time, because the area offers enough beauty. big factory st where sound always comes from. And a very short distance away is a church that wakes you up at 6.00 in the morning by striking the clock more than 100 times. We will definitely come back for the area, but whether this will be this house or Lungötz is for us the question.”

A large basket of wood for the stove was ready for use! The accommodation was very clean, everything we needed there. The kettle caused a power failure the next day there was a new kettle. We have great skiing in beautiful surroundings. It is a pity at home again!”

“Spacious apartment on the first floor with welcoming people who live down himself. Apartment is super clean and everything you need is available. Large kitchen, a little dated in terms of appearance, but with all necessities including dishwasher, large oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer on the corridor. Balcony, breakfast in the sun, allowed to use part of the garden with barbecue possibility, the garden is not the sun. Owners very helpful in everything. Minimarket in the village, natural swimming pool within walking distance. Only downside is timber processing directly behind the house, so there is always hear a fan but has not generated a problem for us. Environment is beautiful, lots to do, hiking, biking, horseback riding. Large supermarket 15 km away. For winter a great base for skiing in Flachau or Dachstein West, or a combination of the two.”
