Your apartment is located on the ground floor and has a spacious living room with open plan kitchen. There are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom and one bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. Complete luxury! From your terrace, you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountains. To relax, you can use the wellness section of the resort, where you have access to a lovely herbal sauna, Finnish sauna, heated benches, and wonderful 'schneckendouches'.

The lift to the beautiful ski region of Wildkogel Arena leaves from right next to the complex. You can leave your car in the free parking garage during the winter (up to 2 parking spaces per apartment). Would you like something different? The ski regions of Zillertal Arena or Kitzbühel/Kirchberg are only a few minutes away by car. In Summer, the surrounding mountains and the many sights to see offer plenty of options for the active holidaymaker or for those who seek tranquility.
In the period of May to October, as a guest you will receive the Nationalpark Sommercard with free access to the lifts, swimming pools, activities, public transport, and much more. Definitely recommended!

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
