Located in Kaprun, near the Zell am See-Kaprun ski area, this lively chalet is perfect for a weekend away. It can accommodate up to 10 guests and 3 bedrooms. It offers 3 balconies and a terrace for you to enjoy the scenic views of the beautiful meadow.



Forest lies 300 m from the chalet, ideal for lovely walks into nature. Dine out at the closest restaurant, only 500 m from the chalet. The nearest grocery store is just 2 km away.



Central heating and fireplace are in place to provide warmth inside. You can park your car in the parking available. Children’s bed is provided for your little ones. There is a private furnished garden to take a lazy afternoon nap and go for walks. Play around your culinary skills with the barbecue in place.



The check-in timings are between 3-6 PM and checkout-time is from 8-10 AM.

Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
