This modern apartment complex is located in the center of Piesendorf, a stone's throw from Kaprun and Zell am See. The complex consists of 3 buildings housing different types of apartments. The location in the center is ideal. You can go shopping on foot or eat at one of the many restaurants. In the complex itself there is also a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious regional dishes. The free ski bus takes you quickly to the slopes of Kaprun or Zell am See. Piesendorf is centrally located in Salzburgerland, so that in summer various golf courses, the Krimmler waterfalls, the Grossglockner High Alpine Road, but also beautiful nature for hiking or mountain biking are all nearby. In winter, in addition to the Walchen ski area, you can quickly reach the ski areas of Zell am See and you can ski on the Kaprun glacier, the Kitzsteinhorn, for most of the year.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
