This modern apartment for up to 6 people is located in the immediate vicinity of the beautiful Lake Zell in Zell am See in Salzburgerland, close to the lifts to the Schmittenhöhe ski area and a short distance to the beautiful golf courses.

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a large living room with dining and sitting area, a balcony and a separate modern and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment has two large bedrooms (one with an extra bunk bed), a modern bathroom, a washing machine and a bicycle storage room. You can park directly at the apartment.

The balcony offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountain landscape and just a short walk from the apartment is the famous Lake Zell, ideal for a refreshing swim in summer with the Seespitz lidos in Zell am See and Thumersbach in Maishofen. The Käpt"n Hook adventure pool in Saalbach-Hinterglemm and the Obsmarkt adventure pool in Saalfelden also offer lots of bathing fun in summer! A tip for the whole year is the Tauern Spa in Kaprun with various pools and sauna and wellness areas.

In just a few minutes with the "AreitXpress" you are on your skis and with the SKI ALPIN CARD you can enjoy the large regional ski area, with the Schmittenhöhe ski area in Zell am See, the Maiskogel ski area and the glacier ski area in Kaprun and the Skicircus Saalbach-Hinterglemm ski area with a total of over 400 kilometers of slopes.

Right in the center of Zell am See there are enough shops for daily needs as well as a good selection of restaurants. The state capital Salzburg can be reached in about 1 hour by car.

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
