This beautiful chalet is centrally located in the cosy village of Niedernsill in Salzburgerland, between the ski areas of Zell am See/Kaprun and Kitzbühel/Kirchberg.

The chalet is a semi-detached house and you'll get the right half all to yourself. Because it is such a large space spanning three floors, it is an ideal holiday home for friends or families. The high-quality amenities and warm furnishings ensure that you'll immediately feel at home. After a wonderful day in the snow, a pleasant hike or mountain bike tour, feel free to relax in your own private relax area with sauna. This is in the basement. Here you'll also find a large storage room for skis. In short, a beautiful chalet that deserves at least four stars.

Niedernsill is an ideal starting point for a holiday both in summer and winter. There's plenty to do for e.g. mountain bikers, golfers, hikers, glacier skiers, paragliders, horse riders and of course those looking for peace and quiet in the immediate vicinity. In winter you can drive to the slopes of Kitzbühel and Zell am See in just a few minutes.

Linens are also provided if you rent a cot and high chair for the baby. This includes bedding and towels.

A special highlight is the "Fun Card" which is available to guests.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
