This farm, which has been completely renovated in a country house style and can accommodate a maximum of 15 people, is located in Mittersill in Salzburgerland, offers a great view of the mountain panorama of the Hohe Tauern National Park holiday region from the spacious terrace and is located directly in the KitzSki ski area.

The country house offers a large living/dining area with a modern integrated fully equipped kitchen, on the first floor 4 bedrooms with bathrooms en-suite (2 bedrooms have their own balcony), on the second floor 2 further bedrooms (one of them with a balcony). There is a lockable garage in the adjacent building for bikers in summer and skiing fans in winter. The ski and boot room is equipped with a boot dryer. There is also a beautiful garden and you can park directly at the house.

The house owner provides guests with a gate key for the private route to the "Panoramabahn Kitzbüheler Alpen". This means you can easily and quickly get to the slopes of the Kitzbühel - Kirchberg - Mittersill (KitzSki) ski area with 234 kilometers of slopes and 57 comfortable lifts and of course back again!

Mittersill is known for its many activities and central location in summer. The immediate surroundings offer numerous hiking and mountain sports opportunities as well as an 18-hole golf course. You can also explore the surrounding area by bike using the Tauern cycle path. You can refresh yourself in the nearby Hollersbach bathing lake.

Directly in Mittersill there are plenty of shopping opportunities for your daily needs as well as a wide selection of restaurants.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
