Do you like walking with friends and want a comfortable holiday home, then this spacious holiday home is perfect for you. The atmospheric house, with a lot of attention to detail, offers a 210 square meter living space and six separate bedrooms a wonderful place to relax up to twelve people. You live in a sunny and quiet side street in the quiet axam, a few kilometers from the gates of Innsbruck (878 meters above sea level). The highlights of the holiday home are the romantic tiled stove, a fireplace and the large garden, as well as a small private fitness room. In short: here you will find everything the heart of your vacationer. On the southern sun terrace, above Innsbruck, right in the heart of Tirol, is the picturesque village of Axams. There are a few restaurants in the area that will spoil you with regional specialties. There is also a supermarket, a pharmacy and a gas station in the city. If you want to visit Innsbruck, you can also take a public bus to town in about 30 minutes.



Activities in the area: An indoor swimming pool with heated outdoor pool can be reached on foot after about 1.5 kilometers. The vast forests and meadows offer an ideal walking area for the whole family. In addition, with Innsbruck you also have one of the most beautiful cities in Austria at the door. The best way to reach the capital of the Alps is with the public bus. The crowds forms an exciting contrast with the activities close to nature around your holiday home. The most beautiful sights in Innsbruck are the imperial palace, the triumphal arch and the golden roof. The lettering of the sparkling golden monument in the old city is considered unaverted to this day. From here it is only a short walk to the bridge over the Inn, which gives the city its name. One of the highlights is a walk through the Maria-Theresien-Strasse. Here you can shop or enjoy the beautiful atmosphere in the street cafés

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
