This modernly furnished holiday home for a maximum of 4 people is located in a converted, around 450-year-old farm at an altitude of approx. 1050 meters in Fresach in Carinthia, directly in the mountains a short distance from Lake Millstatt and between the ski areas of Bad Kleinkirchheim and the Sportberg Goldeck with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains.

The house in which this holiday home is located was built around 450 years ago and converted into a holiday home by the owner while preserving the authentic character. The apartment is simple but fully furnished. This apartment has one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The open kitchen is equipped with a hotplate and a refrigerator and the living room has a cozy, typically Austrian dining area and a TV. As a guest, you can use the large garden surrounding the farm.

There is a lot to experience in the vicinity of the house - for sporty holidaymakers as well as for those looking for peace and quiet. In summer, the Millstättersee is highly recommended and offers many water sports opportunities, other bathing lakes nearby are the Faaker See and Ossiacher See. A round by bike is also highly recommended. In winter you can choose from several ski areas, which can be reached quickly by car.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
