This beautiful holiday apartment for a maximum of 4 people is located in a detached holiday home in Feld am See in Carinthia, in the middle of the Carinthian Nockberge on two beautiful bathing lakes.

The holiday apartment is on the first floor and has a spacious kitchen-living room with a kitchenette and sofa bed, 2 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a south-facing balcony. There is direct access to the lake and the lawn. You can park directly at the house (for a fee).

Feld am See is located in the Villach-Land district, right in the border triangle of Austria, Slovenia and Italy. Experience pure nature and two warm swimming lakes! The Feld am See family sports village is located in the area valley on the Brennsee and Afritzer See in the middle of the untouched Carinthian Nockberge in the Millstätter See - Bad Kleinkirchheim - Nockberge region. There are a variety of activities in Feld am See in both summer and winter. The Brennsee is a paradise for sailors and surfers, but also for other water sports activities. Visit the Alpine Wildlife Park in Feld am See or the St. Kathrein thermal baths or the Thermal Römerbad in Bad Kleinkirchheim. The area is ideal for hiking, cycling, beach holidays, skiing and ice skating.

In winter, the Brennsee is an El Dorado for ice skating fans and the free Ski Express takes skiers to the nearby World Cup resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim, a well-known ski area with 103 kilometers of slopes and 22 lifts.

There are plenty of shops for your daily needs directly in town or in Bad Kleinkirchheim, as well as a good selection of restaurants.

Approx. 3 weeks before arrival you will receive your booking confirmation with information on e.g. where to pick up the key

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
