This beautiful and rustic holiday home from the 19th century for a maximum of 5 people is located in Gmünd in Carinthia on a working farm and is a bit off the beaten track in a totally quiet location in a beautiful meadow. This orchard house is cozy and well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing family vacation.

The holiday home offers a cozy living room, a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, 2 spacious bedrooms on the first floor, a large bathroom, a terrace and a garden with garden furniture. You can park directly at the house.

The owners will be happy to spoil you with their own farm products such as home-baked bread, butter and bacon, and they can also provide you with a rich breakfast on request. The children can play, slide and swing on the spacious lawn.

The house offers an ideal starting point for wonderful hikes, the Lieser and Maltatal cycle paths are very close by and Lake Millstatt is just under 15 km away. Gmünd in Carinthia invites you to gondola dynamically through the winter with 3 beautiful ski areas in the vicinity. The Innerkrems, Katschberg-Aineck and Goldeck ski areas, together with over 130 kilometers of slopes and 37 ski lifts, are the ideal starting point for perfect skiing fun.

Other excursion destinations include the donkey park and the Fallbach water adventure park in the Maltatal.


Expenses related to charging an electric or hybrid car (when possible) are always charged according to use and separately

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
