This combination of 3 semi-detached chalets in Carinthia has 12 bedrooms in total for a maximum of 24 people! Ideal if you want to go on a skiing holiday with the whole family or if you want to enjoy the Austrian summer sun.

The semi-detached chalets are located in a small-scale complex, near the center of Kötschach-Mauthen and next to the local ski slope. Kötschach has its own ski area (Kötschach-Mauthen-Vorhegg) which is perfect for families. The ski lift is 100 m from the complex. You can enjoy cross-country skiing 200 m away. The fantastic and extensive ski area of Nassfeld is about 30 km away and is also highly recommended. You can also visit a museum about the First World War in Kötschach-Mauthen or visit the lovely swimming pool with a wellness area. You can do your shopping at various supermarkets, there are also various other facilities such as a bank, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.

Kötschach-Mauthen is located in the "Dreiländer-Eck Österreich - Italien - Slowenien" close to the large city of Villach.

The kitchens have induction hobs. Washing machines and dryers are also available. You can enjoy the sun on the terrace.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.
