The landlord of the flat will be happy to help you find the right excursion destinations and make your stay unforgettable. The surrounding area offers many great excursion destinations all year round, whether in summer or winter. In the Wildkogel Arena ski area, for example, you will find the longest floodlit toboggan run in the world at 14 kilometres. In summer, the Wildkogel Arena also offers a mountain cart track and a slide path for other exciting activities. You can buy your daily necessities at the supermarket, which is just a short walk away. Active8 Fitness Mittersill is an excellent gym nearby, where guests receive free entry during their stay. Sample the various delicacies in the nearby restaurants. Many other interesting sights are also worth a visit. The fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook with friends. In the bathroom you will find a relaxing bathtub. In the living room with TV, you can enjoy your favourite drink while watching a film. Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
