This beautifully located and detached holiday home / chalet for a maximum of 9 people is located on the edge of the health resort of Bad Kleinkirchheim from where the hiking and ski lift, the Kaiserburgbahn, the golf course, the St. Kathrein thermal baths and the Thermal Römerbad as well as the center of Bad Kleinkirchheim with its many great restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The chalet has a spacious living room with underfloor heating and a fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. The house has a total of 3 bedrooms. There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, one of which has a large balcony. There is also a bathroom with a shower, bathtub and the second toilet.
There is another bedroom in the basement and there is also a room with a washing machine and a dryer. You will also find the second bathroom here with a shower and infrared sauna. A garage is available for skis and bicycles.

The town of Bad Kleinkirchheim is located at an altitude of 1050 m and, with the Bad Kleinkirchheim skiing and hiking area with 103 kilometers of slopes, located in the Nockberge Biosphere Park, offers the best in every season to make your vacation a fantastic experience. Downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, the Römerbad thermal baths, an 18-hole golf course right outside the door, mountain biking and hiking. The most famous Carinthian bathing lakes such as Lake Wörthersee, Lake Ossiach, Lake Millstättersee and Lake Klopein can be reached in a maximum of 1 hour by car.

Voucher and driving directions

1. When you have booked a holiday through us, you will receive a booking confirmation shortly after.

2. You will receive the final confirmation during the following day.

3. When we have registered your last payment, you will receive travel documents concerning your holiday home.

Collection of keys

Details as to collection of keys will be informed per e-mail at the latest 3 weeks before arrival day.

Arrival day

In general the holiday home will be ready for you from 4pm on the arrival day.

Arrival outside opening hours

If you arrive late in the evening, the reception/key collection place will be closed. Please check in good time how to behave in such cases.

Extra services

All the apartments have kitchen equipment for the number of persons for which the apartment is meant. In some cases linen and towels can be ordered - for further info pls see the description of the holiday home on DanCenter.dk under "extra services". Here it will also appear if it is possible to book other equipment such as a cot, a high chair for babies etc.

Tourist fee: A few of the holiday resorts have a tourist fee to pay at arrival.

What is a cleaning audit charge?

We charge customers a small cleaning audit fee to prepare the room for the next guest, even as some outgoing guests prefer to clean the room themselves. Are such guests still required to pay a cleaning charge? Yes. Please let us explain.

While we appreciate guests cleaning the room themselves, we nonetheless conduct an audit to ensure that the room is in excellent shape. The cleaning audit fee we levy is for the time and effort involved in checking that our cleaning standards have been met, so that we can provide our customers with the best experience.
