Here is the perfect holiday home for you who want a feeling of luxury during your holiday! In this newly renovated and fantastic house in Trollbäcken, Tyresö, you have everything and a little more. Everything from large social areas, sauna, whirlpool, large terrace and only 200 meters to the beach with jetty! A few hundred meters away there is also a grocery store, restaurants and buses that take you to central Stockholm in just 15 minutes. It is difficult to find a more comfortable accommodation that has everything in an environment with access to the sea and nature, beautiful walking paths along the water and service! Let the holidays begin!

In a nice residential area, you are welcomed here by a stately white house with two parking spaces. A consistently stylish accommodation with large windows that contribute with a wonderful flow of light. In the entrance there is plenty of space for cloak hanging in the spacious hall that connects to the bathroom, bedroom living room and upstairs. The living room offers generous living areas at the large dining room table and on the sofa in front of the TV and cozy fireplace that warms during chilly summer evenings. From the living room you will find a very stylish kitchen with good work surfaces and large windows that create a feeling of space. Here, too, there is space to eat by the kitchen island and relax by the built-in seating area with a view of the area. A very inviting kitchen that attracts cooking and offers all the facilities you need, as well as an ice machine for hot summer days. Via the kitchen you reach a large wooden covered terrace with a lovely view of the area and which extends all the way to the entrance on the short side. Here you can enjoy the day with perfect sun position in nice seating and a good piece of food!

On the entrance level there is also one of the bedrooms with a single bed and a nice bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. Upstairs you will find the house's three remaining bedrooms and a toilet. Spacious and soothing room with two double beds and a room with two single beds. Charming toilet with two washbasins.

The plot offers a lush lawn where children can play freely and a private spa area with whirlpool and sauna with shower. After a day down on the beach 200 meters away, you can end the day at home by the whirlpool and enjoy the sauna on slightly cooler days and evenings.

Although most are within a few minutes walking distance, there is so much more to discover nearby. There are several different baths such as Flatenbadet with large sandy beach, jetty and diving tower and cozy Barnsjön within easy reach. Or why not discover your own favorite bathing spots that Stockholm's Archipelago has to offer. In addition to swimming, there are also several outdoor areas nearby, Tyresta nature reserve with incredibly beautiful nature and nice walking paths and Alby Outdoor area with swimming, gym and café. If you want to kayak, you can do it at Gudöån. With only 15 minutes in the bus, you are inside Gullmarsplan and can stroll around central Stockholm which offers several more restaurants, shopping, activities and attractions. Tenant with own entrance is in the basement.

A short journey on the Roslagsbanan commuter rail line will take you from Stockholm to your departure point. Norrtälje is the main town in Roslagen and provides an idyllic setting with authentic Swedish architecture. Visitors come here to enjoy the many shops, bars and cafés, arts and crafts, events and museums - all year round!

Sweden has been admitted to UNESCO's list of world heritage for its unique coastline. Middle and north of Sweden have countless rivers, lakes and streams criss-crossing the country.
